Skills

UX — People, Design, Technology

I mostly think about user experience design as shaping behaviour so I try to soak up knowledge on people; cognition, psychology, habits etc.

In the workplace, I value research, prototyping, user testing, continous improvement, quality seeking and collaboration (as opposed to "team work" which is merely working together). I easily immerse myself in all things technological; taking thing apart and re-assembling was a common occurrence growing up.

I have varying degrees of experience with user journeys, information architecture, aligning stakeholders, facilitation, metrics, JTBD, thinking hats, team critique, quantitative and qualitative research and so on and so fourth...

Languages

Fluent in English, Cantonese, Hakka and a beginner in Japanese.
